1,200 items were made over a year across the Birch Hotel Site. Emma made 3 coat hooks, 2 pendants,1 vase, 1 door number, 2 key rings per room. Around the Hotel you can see other ceramics details made by Emma, vases and candle holders. The beer taps in all 3 bars the Links, Spitz and Zebra Riding Club. One seasonal dish is always served in the egg bowl, hand thrown for Ben Rand in the ZRC.
